AI AGENT API
Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 2, 2026. This policy explains how AI AGENT API accesses, uses, stores, and shares user data.
1. App and operator
AI AGENT API is a personal automation assistant available at https://ai.coffman.fun/. It is operated for the personal use of Alex Coffman. Privacy inquiries can be sent to privacy@coffman.fun.
2. Data the app accesses or collects
The app may access or collect data only when it is needed to provide the assistant features configured by the owner:
- Google account data authorized through OAuth, including Gmail messages, message metadata, labels and settings, Google Calendar events, and Google Contacts data.
- Telegram messages, files, voice transcripts, photos, documents, and interaction history sent to the assistant.
- Assistant settings, reminders, tasks, memory records, audit logs, tool execution logs, and authentication/session records needed to operate the service.
- Technical data such as request timestamps, processing status, error summaries, and security events.
3. How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to provide user-facing assistant features requested or configured by the owner, including:
- reading Gmail messages to answer mail-related requests or prepare inbox triage;
- creating drafts or sending Gmail messages only when requested and allowed by policy;
- reading, creating, updating, or deleting Calendar events when requested;
- reading or managing Contacts when requested;
- preparing scheduled briefings, reminders, and operational summaries.
The app does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell Google user data, and does not use Google user data to build unrelated products or train generalized AI models.
4. Google API Limited Use disclosure
AI AGENT API's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
5. AI and third-party processing
To understand requests and generate responses, the app may send relevant user-provided content and retrieved context to OpenAI API services. The app may also use Telegram Bot API, Google APIs, Yandex services, search providers, and other configured integrations only as needed to perform requested assistant actions. Data is not shared with third-party advertising networks or data brokers.
6. Storage, security, and access
OAuth tokens and other sensitive credentials are stored outside the public repository and are protected by application controls. Access to private data is limited to the owner and the backend services required to operate the assistant. Logs are designed to avoid exposing secrets, raw credentials, or hidden system instructions.
7. Retention and deletion
Data is retained while it is needed to provide the assistant service, keep operational records, and maintain security/audit history. The owner can delete memories, revoke Google access from the Google Account permissions page, disconnect integrations, or request data deletion through the privacy contact above.
8. User choices and control
Google authorization can be revoked at any time from https://myaccount.google.com/permissions . Revoking access stops future Google API access, but previously stored operational records may remain until deleted according to this policy.
9. Children
The app is not intended for children and is not designed to collect data from children.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when the app's data practices change. If Google user data is used in a materially different way, the policy will be updated before that new use is enabled.
