1. Service description

AI AGENT API is a personal automation assistant operated for the personal use of Alex Coffman. The app helps process Telegram requests, reminders, tasks, files, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, and other configured integrations.

2. Eligibility and access

The service is intended for authorized use by the owner only. Do not access or attempt to use the service unless you are authorized by the operator.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, bypass access controls, send spam, distribute malware, or perform destructive actions without authorization. External sends, deletions, and other sensitive actions may require additional approval inside the app.

4. Third-party services

The app integrates with services such as Google APIs, Telegram, OpenAI, Yandex services, and search providers. Use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

5. AI-generated output

The assistant may generate summaries, drafts, recommendations, and other AI-assisted output. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before relying on them for important decisions. The service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an operational best-effort basis and may be changed, interrupted, or disabled for maintenance, security, or configuration reasons.
